So in Singlife the account the name all that already inputted.

Were both a/c's that is esaver and singlife is in your name?
Deposit and Withdrawal, both has to happen from and to your own a/c only.
Different a/c holder cannot, even Joint a/c cannot, both a/c must be your individual a/c.

If not, singlife will send the money back to the a/c it came from next working day.
You can call them, sometimes they will ask to send email copy of bank a/c holder name to verify but more often, they will just send u the money back.

Afterall Singlife is a insurance policy a/c, not our usual bank a/c, so the mechanics different.

Vivid FD just dropped to 2.4% for 12mths and 2.35% for 15mths. Min amt 50K.
Was 2.65% and 2.6% respectively prior to drop.

Looks like RHB also reduced their FD rates (personal) to 2.2% for 3/6mths and 2.1% for 12mths. Min amt 20K.

There was once i did a transfer in shortly after midnight and funds went missing as well.

Contacted them via whatsapp and was told to wait while they investigate and interest will be backtracked and credited afterwards.

Informed that funds are indeed in but not reflected due to technical error.

Eventually funds were reflected and interest backtracked and credited.

Yes it got refunded , cannot deposit , I'm writing in to inquire, but today is Friday... So hv to wait next week for them reply

So you certain that the bank account u using to transfer to your singlife is... same name?

Yes its from joint account, but before I made transfer I hv verified with the SINGLIFE CSO, he confirmed joint account Can use , but now encounter this .... So I wrote email them , wait their response next week

ya joint a/c can, but there is a extra step to verify by sending ur bank document copy with ur name in it, maybe cso didnt tell u that. But often they just send the money back by next working day.

than next time just transfer to / from your individual a/c only so that it can be credit immediately. You can do this now since u got the money back alr in ur joint a/c

DBS last month has a 2.6% if you do via digibot, or can go branch also, then if you can do with Multiplier confirm more huat than this 2.88%
