I think they are better at cooking, if they can fully understand the very long & complex contract, they wd be in the timbre board already.
Will be surprised at how little hawkers will read through entire contract and scrutinise it carefully.

Some is on a trust-basis and then just sign liao
We need to look into all the dealings we have.

why are cost increasing so much? :o
The main reason of it all are the landlords.

if same 4 stores sell chicken rice at 5.50 previously, and rent drop. then one sell 3.50, you think the rest wont drop price and remain 5.50?
I think if rent drop you not only won't you hear about it, prices will still be 5.50 at all 4 stores.

I think the situation is more like NEA is the landlord and Timbre is the master tenant of the hawker centre then sub out the individual stalls to hawkers.
