If i'm not wrong $1,800 is only applicable when you go through DBS upon taking up their loan. What did your bank's law firm offer you?
Do you mean that 1800 is only if we are taking dbs loan? I contacted the 3 that was given by banker and price ranged from 1,944 to 2080.

Thks, Unfortunately they r not in scb panel

The banker did provide 3 firm but all quoted above 1.9k

anyone used BR Law and Sterling law before, is everything ok as their google review seems pretty bad..

I used Advance Law and its $1800. Sterling Law was also recommended to me and its also $1800.

I assume so. DBS would have some arrangement with PKWA to offer their clients a preferential 1.8k lawyer fee.

Is your loan through DBS? But anyway, in the grand scheme of things, $144 more is not a deal breaker. And lawyer fee can be paid with CPF.
