Just wanted to share my frustrating experience with Lazada. I used a $12 reward voucher (earned from playing Carck games) on a LazMall order. The seller ignored my messages for over a week and never shipped the item.
Lazada finally cancelled the order but refused to reinstate my voucher because it had "expired." It’s ridiculous that customers are penalized for a seller's non-fulfillment.
Contacting customer service was a total waste of time. They keep citing 'system policies' and flat out refused to compensate me, even though it was the seller's fault.
Has anyone successfully fought for their rewards back in similar cases? Is this the new "standard" for LazMall? Beware when using high-value vouchers!
