Mine is $6 and 100coins.
Think my previous rounds can't even reach $5.Really is a waste of time and make ppl angry which Lazada is good at.

Has anyone successfully fought for their rewards back in similar cases? Is this the new "standard" for LazMall? Beware when using high-value vouchers!

Their CS level has dropped to Ocean sea bed level.They always side sellers and penalize buyers coz it is to their advantage.

Like my few cases sellers(lazmall shop) fraudulently shipped out 1 out of 6 items or reduced quantity (eg. 3kg to pass off as 6kg) and I am charged for 1item + shipping fees.Even coins refund not automatic before it was. Nowadays you can't expect good, sincere gentleman customer service anymore at Lazada.
