don't really understand what you typed....
if have mission/task, there should be a x done/xx needed at the left corner right? but cannot click fast or the system cannot catch what you do and no count.

I get what you mean cos I also facing the same problem when doing the 10/10 times merge tasks from Lazzie Star.

For example when you had reached 9/10 times merged, then when you merge the next one should be 10/10 but the count when down to 4/10 times instead and you got to merge it continuously until the final 10/10.

This one is definitely a bug, can take a video screenshot and send it to the Lazada CS team.

I don't count on the CS much because of the previous bug which I had reported to the CS team but got no response from them...

i see . ya no use most probably, the CSO don't play the game and also not in our region so interface etc different. sometimes different phones also behave differently which makes it more complicated, sometimes i see i have this mission task, another person with different phone doesn't have it .
i write so much rubbish is to make my point too - it's usually useless.

Since the mission task is from Lazzie Star which brings us to Merge Boss to do the merging in order to complete the task, so I think the counting bug is from Lazzie Star side and do hope that the programmer is able to fix the bug ASAP.

Well, let's just enjoy the game while it last and thanks to everyone's support which motivates Lazada to come out with new type of games for our enjoyment. :grin:

Yes this is what I mean. Quite annoying but at least it's not complete 10 orders or else really time consuming.

The counting bug is with merge boss itself, not lazzie star. It happens also when you do mission for coins. The only way to solve this is to merge slowly when doing this kind of mission. If you merge too fast, the counts will start to drop. Very tedious but works, my most dreaded mission also. :sleep:

If the task is 10 orders instead of 10 merges with such bug, I think many players will abandon that task. lol

Merge slowly as in merge each time in a span of 10 seconds, etc?

Don't need so long la, lol! I wait for like 1 to 2 seconds for each merge. The drop usually happens when for example you merged a level 2 item at 4/10. Then you try to merge another level 2 item and got to 8/10, but when you merge the two level 2 items together, instead of 9/10, you drop back to 4/10. All due to merging too fast, it did not register the count and took the level 2 item count instead. If you merge too fast, sometimes it won't register also. This bug long existed before lazzie star. The animations cannot catch up with our fingers 😅

For my case, the count always drop from 9/10, never happened on 8/10 or 7/10 count and then drop. Always the magic 9th count and drop.

For example:
7, 8, 9 ==> 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 ==> 6, 7, 8, 9 and then finally complete the 10th count.
