I did, but cannot. It will prompt me to select the related issue but none of them is regarding voucher. They were options like refund status, item not delivered etc. I contacted the agent yesterday afternoon about another issue and did just like what you did and was able to contact them. Now they seem like trying to filter out this problem by avoiding contact.

@torroptan this is what happens after I clicked on customer agent.

If you scroll down from your customer agent page, there is an option for voucher related issues.

But once you clicked on that, they show you this.

It does not matter what category U choose.

Just click Order n choose any existing order n it will connect to agent.

Keep trying till U r connected to agent.

U can report on any issues i.e vouchers etc.

Agent will ask U or to confirm yr hp n email.

Sometimes during non n peak hrs, U can leave a msg if prompt.

If urgent , just try to chat w agent again later.

My goal is to contact the customer service representative.

Cs said will have to investigate and will update me via email.

He asked to provide proof that I received the voucher otherwise he cannot help, but he doesn't know where to find expired voucher page.

I have had to search all over just to screenshot the expired voucher then he asked me to prove that I cannot apply the voucher if not he cannot investigate.

I was like wtf bro? How do you want me to prove a voucher that cannot be applied? It didn't even show up in egg. Furthermore it has expired.
