Anybody ever got your Lazada items stucked at "arrived in SG and is currently undergoing customs clearance" for more than 10 days?
I got other items that reached much later, all within 1-2 days clear custom and delivered liao,
only this storage rack stucked since 20th March until now.
How ah like that?

no need confirm delivery date. bulky items they also just leave it outside doorstep de. Recently bought TV cabinet, foldable wardrobe etc, all left outside doorstep, no problem.

Checking /w custom authority is abit errr... (unless there's agreement between online platforms & authority /w addressing channel).. or may be CS can refer matter back to seller to direct clarify /w custom?

So action course starting pt is still buyers go to CS 1st?
