I just went for Bunka's Pre-Advanced 3 lesson...

Quite fun, cannot use electronic dictionary to check the words... Very interesting, though quite of intermediate level, but students are able to speak, which is quite good. =)

Notes for JLPT 3 preparation

Anyone can share notes on JLPT3 preparation, please?

I intended to use JLPT 3 preparation as my revision of my foundation to take up JLPT2 level studies.

Thank you.

help me english to japanese
which is the company
is これは会社です
or 会社はであるかどれ

Hey your first sentence is a statement.
This is company. (It can mean a comany or your company)

The 2nd sentence should be rearranged, and using desu instead of dearu.
会社はどれですか?

or

どれが会社ですか?
Note that all those who, what where etc is followed by a GA if its put in front.

どちら can be used in place of Dore too.

Oh you are graduating soon isit?? I recommend Bunka til the level of JLPT3. The grammar notes are really good. Then Ikoma after that, plus Bunka if you can afford.

四ヶ月の時間に、私は一人だけで日本語を勉強しました。今から、三級と思います。

って、ちょっと考えてる。 今年の十二月で、二級試験を受けたい。 ただし、不合格が怖すぎるです。

何をすべきですか? 勧告がお願いします。

Just a practice on my Japanese. Feel free to correct my grammatical mistakes.:s13:

何をすべきですか? 勧告お願いします。

Maybe someone will have a better answer.

I would share the same sentiments as fox1... You need to revise ur level 3 and 4 stuff, before proceeding to level 2.

私は先輩達に勧告をいただきました。

やはり、学習のときに、錯誤は必要だと思います。

Thanks a lot.

Foundation of JLPT3 is of utmost important when you want to pick up JLPT2.
2 is built upon 3.The senseis in the various schools will also tell you this.

From now till December, you still have 7 more months.
Whether you should or shouldn't attempt it this year depends on:

1)your ability level now(How strong is your foundation ?)
2)your time commitment(How free are you to study ?)
3)resources/means to study for it
4)your learning ability

Technically speaking,JLPT2 is a huge leap from 3.That is why they are revising the syllabus to slot in another level in between. This is with effect from next year in Singapore.

Lastly,JLPT is only a test.In my opinion,it is lacking in many areas as a language assessment test. You shouldn't depend on it to much if you truly want to attain proficiency in Japanese.

I agree with you. I don't want to learn something just to regurgitate them in examinations.

The test might be a gauge to the "proficiency" of my lingual ability, but like you said, it's lacking in other aspects.

I might consider not taking the test altogether. That saves me trouble and stress, and allows me to set my own pace.
