im just trying out particles, not really meaning the question yea. :D anyway i have a question!

what's the difference? i know 仰る is a more 'formal' form but is there any difference between the other two?

言う is used when u are like speaking normally, no audience...

話す is used when u are speaking to somebody (おとこのひと と おんなのひと が話しています)

I understand that there are many people who are not quite sure how to differentiate b/w 「は」 and 「が」...
I go gather some materials later and post them here. =)

Hee hee, despite having studied and still studying Japanese language, the mastery of using 「が」 and 「は」 is still confuses me. :D

Thanks dimitri_can.

Regards.

There are generally 4 rules and and 1 exception rule

Rule 1: Use 「が」 in the following sentence patterns.

1. ~は~が structure

========================================
Rule 2: Replace 「を」 or 「が」 with 「は」 in negative sentences.

========================================
Rule 3: Use 「が」 in the response to ”question words +が” questions

========================================
Rule 4: Use 「は」 to compare 2 or more things

========================================
Exceptional rule(s):

Directing another person's attention to a fact: ~

========================================
Directing another person's attention to a fact sympathetically: ~

========================================
Beginning a story by reporting a fact/event/etc

=========================================
