A whopping $700k for a freehold stat, I will say not worth it.
That’s for 1 bedder only. Didn’t compare the other unit types.

But some still prefer new & freehold hence it’s up to individual preference.

This Leedon Green don't feel as luxurious as Leedon Residences to me. Perhaps someone who visited the showflat can provide some comments.

Meanwhile can wait for Hyll on Holland to launch or relook at One Holland Village residences...

I saw a video on Leedon Residences think it was via Stacked Review and also saw Leedon Green video, it gives me a sense both product would be similar in terms of the glass facade and the overall posh feel.

If comparing Leedon Green to One Holland V, I would personally choose Leedon Green given OHV is close to 29xxpsf and 99y LH.

TBH, I feel One Holland V and Van Holland are overpriced.... If not because they are small developments, should be able to wait for discounts... There are many launches in that area currently, I will hold out first.

i think RG's immediate location is more tranquil (although the morning bukit timah jams is another matter altogether).. the immediate area is also more established as an affluent community..

LG is no doubt near a GCB enclave as well but the vicinity to farrer road might mar a bit of that.

Thanks for your views. I do share the same thoughts as well. RG's locale has the advantage as it is more serene and proximity to the MRT is alot closer while LG is surrounded by 2 high traffic roads (e.g. farrer rd and holland rd fly over).
