On this point. I know several years back we reduced lot size to 100 instead of 1000

So 1 lot is 100 right? Just to be clear and sure.

Those that bought 1000 shares technically is 10lots by today's definition?

That's not possible. :s8:

In the first place, 4 lots = 400 units. I dun think you can apply 400 units.

If you mean 4 lots = 4,000 units, then you have a 30:50 chance of getting 1,000 units.

In fact, no one is allocated 4,000 units exactly. Those who applied 20,000 to 49,900 units have a 30:50 chance of getting 4,100 units.

Unless you got yours through your broker.

CDP havent updated yet, i got 2000 shares... :(

Balloted amount- refunded amount= allocated amount/$0.88= allocated shares quantity

Hope it go up then maybe will sell it to get some peanut $

Yes. Correct.

Some people like to say why so particular about these things as long as we understand each other.

You try placing an order for 100 lots now with your broker and then go argue with them later that you mean 100,000 shares when they only fill only 10,000 shares. They will tell you to fly kite and go play with your toys.

The point is this. Details are important. If you are careless with such fundamental information, then what else are you being careless with when it comes to investing your hard-earned cash?

Haha not possible

They will have deducted when you applied the ipo.
You check your bank statement on the day u apply.
