Some people like to say why so particular about these things as long as we understand each other.

You try placing an order for 100 lots now with your broker and then go argue with them later that you mean 100,000 shares when they only fill only 10,000 shares. They will tell you to fly kite and go play with your toys.

The point is this. Details are important. If you are careless with such fundamental information, then what else are you being careless with when it comes to investing your hard-earned cash?

That why I like to use units.. Simple to understand.. 1 lot to old timer, 1000 units. To those new, 100 units...

That's because the $2 is a separate line in your bank statement.

Still wrong!

Units are only used to describe REITs and Business Trust.

Shares are used to described publicly traded companies.

It is why you will see DPU and not DPS in all REITs/ Biz Trust documents.

DPU = Distribution Per Unit

DPS = Dividend Per Share

A case of same same but different? Or a case of 'aiya all the same lah why need to be so particular?'

Seriously, what's so attractive about this REIT?

1) Stable leasees like sky italia and hdl
2) confirmed distribution of 5.8% and 6% yield for first 2 years
3) reit
4) strong parent company with listing in AGX of price A$17 share price.

Yes. Strong movement I think will close at 90 cents to 92cents. Price should tally to yield min 4.8%.
