Is this Lendlease Reit considered as a S-Reit??!

Since this Lendlease Reit got the 313@Somerset, so can this Lendlease Reit be considered as a S-Reit??!

S-REit ish any reit that is listed on SGX rah.

Maybe, but I rather cash out and throw into Mapletree REITs when it's low. Lend-lease just doesn't give me the confident it will recover as fast or as much as the other bigger players.

Lendlease reits now currently only cover 313 and Sky complex in milan, both in big trouble and not going to bounce back for next 6mths or so, especially 313.

look at the thin daily trading volume and you know that this counter garners very little interest from both retail and institutional.

although i have been advocating people to exit this counter, at current price, it's either do nothing or switch to other reits. you will regret cutting loss at this price. good luck

Exiting now will be a pain, probably hold on to it and hope it recovers. I would advise against averaging down. There are better opportunities in this current climate.

Currently only 2 property under this REIT? Hopefully they add more in for diversity. Going into DC is a good move, might be a good idea to enter once they done that.

For now, definitely not comfortable with it.
