Doubt even Kelvin would expect $2 in 2 years. They may have a nice plan coming up for the REIT but even with COVID also factored, $2 is terribly far fetched

Keeping finger crossed. Not planning to sell as those 200k is extra cash. Even if drop, I also dun mind as Long as I continue get dividend and this reits dun go bust.
