I also bought at a high of 93.5

i will just hold for another year or so and see... Honestly dont mind cutting losses but not at this price.

Actually they are still quite new. It’s really because of Covid that’s why tank.

I don’t see why it’s will not recover, just need more time.
If you look at the chart, it’s perform ok before covid 19. Only drop cos of covid19.

If possible you can do average down to reduce your holding price.
Btw, I brought at @$0.71. Just be patience.

Actually they are still quite new. It*********s really because of Covid that*********s why tank.

Well the drop is in line with Starhill Global which honestly considered as inferior than Mapletree Com so I guess the drop is justified.

I would average down ah but I prefer not to over expose myself to reits cause they might engage in equity raising for acquisitions. I don't think acquisitions will happen in the near future.

actually they have hardly used much of what they have raised during IPO right? so maybe don't need to raise any so soon for acquisition.
