Yes, you can make another set of payment with the same reference number on another day, as long as it is within the Rights application period. These will be taken as additional Rights subscription on top of what you have already applied for.

I think SCB screwed up by giving the notice so late. Looks like there will be more excess units for everyone else

SCB screw up big time with the late notice and the portal. Still doesn't show up in the portal.

Email notice on Friday noon, deadline today 9am and trading helpline is closed on weekends

That's the deadline for CDP held shares.

For Standard Chartered, the reply date is 11th April 9am.

Helpline opens at 8am. So yea. Would say it's a screw up since the portal is not working and need helpline to help with submission

Ya, just transfer the amount basing on the lots you are subscribing and use the ref no.
