313@somerset is more like a mid tier shopping mall for everyone. Not like the high end kinda of shopping mall like Paragon. It is directly connected to somerset mrt. Meaning to say if anyone has to go through the mall to get to street level.

After much consideration, I will be subscribing to the IPO.

sorry for the noob question, I get that I can just apply for this via DBS IBanking (under ESA). But lets say after 1 year, I am in the need of money and want to sell it, how to do I do that? Do I need a brokerage account like POEMS, DBS V ? If yes, how would the brokerage account know how much units I own?

U need to open wihh poems or any trading securities. Den inform them u want to sell Yr ipo stocks. If they need proof just screenshot Yr cdp holdings to them to show u holding the stocks via whatapps. Very easy one. Commission depends how much u buy min around 20+
