sorry for the noob question, I get that I can just apply for this via DBS IBanking (under ESA). But lets say after 1 year, I am in the need of money and want to sell it, how to do I do that? Do I need a brokerage account like POEMS, DBS V ? If yes, how would the brokerage account know how much units I own?

You can apply for any brokerage account
You have to apply for cdp account internet access too
They will give you a user ID and password and you can log in yourself to sell
Before selling, log in to your cdp to check the number of units you have before selling

Thanks for the reply. Also I read in older posts all REITs are oversubscribed. For this REIT, is there a rough guess how much oversubscribed it would be? Lets say I want 5K to be invested, then how much should i submit in the IPO application? 5K or greater than 5K?

if you buy many lots and if rights issue next year you have to cough up even more money. recession is coming .....

This one high chance won't get everything one. I believe this one will be oversub.

Somemore if apply $10k worth, it's only 11(?) lots. Even not oversub you only get 4-6 max, which is $3.5k - $5k
