It was an IPO hot stuff :cautious:
All REIT IPO also hot stuff last time. Many years later some delisted some still listed but the price is way below the IPO price (some is due to rights so price drop is normal etc). If you hit jackpot the price is above your IPO price and add in the dividends collected over the years this stock is profitable.

Gearing ratio is indeed slightly high at 40%, but it is still within the MAS treshold.

I think the concerns of refinancing is a bit overblown considering.

Interest rates may not be dropping yet, but at least we know it is gonna stop increasing soon

I am still puzzled with the violent drop in the price of this counter, since distribution this time is at 2.25 cents (0.0225), the drop in the counter price should not have been so much/

i dare not average down today since my first position at 69cts….

What i dislike is they recently bought over 10% share of Parkway….I want PLQ not old old Parkway :cry:

*want safer with low gearing ratio branded reit would be FLCT liao….maybe i shd add some

Actually I think parkway is the one that’s damn popz?

This REIT is 52 weeks low at 0.605 liao. I queue for this week still cannot get filled. It has strong support at 0.605 it seems. Hmmm..... maybe should look for other REIT counter instead.

Btw my times is 25+ not 10+. I was using limtan,uobkayhian,poems those brokers of that era. dbs vickers think not yet in the scene? Hmmm
My time also 25+ lah. That time buy 1 lot of DBS was 1000 units, I was like you, to save on coms, just 1 shot bought 2 lots, had to call in to my broker In Kay Hian to increase my buy limit somemore. He had to ask me several times that I would pay up in full.

Scrip is here.... scrip offered at 0.5690, which is lower than the current market price.

DPU dropped 15%... :(
