any user facing update v511 phone problem?

*after update,
equipment get hot,
battery drains fast,
SIM card detection fail, became on and off.
Cant switch on,
charging failed,
no show of charging LED light
Lock screen - password no responding

yes confirmed Android v511 thru 'play store' Lenovo update. checked other online forum many other users facing the same issues. bother to share/direct how to attach picture! Sorry can't figure how on this txt interface, wanted to show screen capture on hw info android version.

My battery drain very very fast and can't surf internet on wifi but on data is possible.

All my other devices are able to connect to internet via wifi. Is my problem isolated or everyone is facing the same issue?

There is a carousell listing selling at $299. Seller seems reputable and you pay only when you meetup at his location to deal.

Oh welcome. Btw where did you see the advert for MS selling the phab plus at $285? Checked both their website and fb page but didnt come across anything about phab plus.

I saw that at MobileSquare's website in the past weeks. Then it was removed yesterday, supposedly sold.

With those issue, better not update.

Ok service center @AZ building confirmed it's a Lenovo Android v511 update bug, they acknowledge and aware of the SIM card detection failures. got it fixed but still on Android v511. So for those are facing the same issue may approach Lenovo svc for OS software debug.

problem has been resolved at Lenovo svc ctr on the spot by reloading the f/w(about 30 mins wait), staff admitted and fully aware its a Lenovo v511 f/w issue. Have asked svc ctr to put the revised update online so users need not to go down, hope they do it?

inside Phab plus phone, setting, check for latest update, go! *not from any crack link*
but beware of the bugs on SIM card detection issue, its been acknowledged on many other forums. Glad svc ctr got it fixed on the spot(30 mins), but they should have put another revised v511 update online instead to resolve. Disappointed when enquired online, Lenovo svc won't respond at all.

read a lot people wrote about not to update the default factory pre-installed android OS from version 5.0.2 to version 5.1.1 because when the engineer design the phone to work with that particular version of OS available at that time.

$285? Really good price to buy, as of now, many similar model of other brands out to the market, more choices for consumers. Good
