Can we ownself diy Dell Inspiron 15 7000 by removing the back panel to up the ram or hdd? I know those sleek and ultra thin laptop brands cannot, because they mould everything inside so closely together until compact at max level

Whatever variants, Dell Inspiron 15 7000 does not have built in Intel Realsense Camera. Such a high specs laptop missing a good web camera technology from Intel and Creative~

still got 2 week left. probably like what he said will be the Alienware Alpha, last week probably then is the Dell XPS 13. Im quite interested in the Alienware Alpha though, wonder how its gaming performance is like. Dunno if its powerful to play the latest Steam games. Now coincidentally Steam pushing out their Steam Big Picture and Steam controller too.

to be honest, touchscreen for laptop no one will really use. only those convertible laptops (e.g. surface pro, asus t100) then maybe still desirable.

For me touchscreen got good use on laptop like Inspiron 15. I sign up those "get paid" to do survey website which often the survey is long or need alot of option to answer so with touchscreen just press press can liao easier than hold on mouse click click

you wanna use Dell Inspirion 15 7000 as self defence? Can no problem but make sure you had already purchased dell warranty with accidental damage.

Usually ppl just upgrade their ram & HDD for their Dell Inspiron 15 7000. More particular ppl maybe change their wifi card. High chance is Dell Inspiron 15's CPU not solder on than you can even upgrade your CPU but usually u want higher cpu just buy the higher cpu in the first place

Sorry I cant help you there. I dont play DOTA 2 and I have no experience with mobile GPUs.

Dell Inspiron 15 7000 has some powerful performance but gaming on DOTA 2 is not really graphic demanding. Seems like the game can support the 4k UHD touchscreen too.

ya mosmos, can just buy screen protector to prevent babies from scratching Dell Inspirion 15 7000 screen. the scary part is actually children throwing or accidentally dropped the entire laptop and killed the machine lol. Good thing is, someone mentioned Dell offers warranty to cover such damages or even water spillage. good for family members - all big adults and small children.

OS X is more highly used for media design. But i've seen people buy them usually for the aforementioned 'reason' and they are also tired of the same boring Windows environment and want something new. Apple products are a universal symbol of class and style. iPhone also works better with Mac than Windows in many more ways.

But for me Windows is still the way to go...

yah, i agreed mac os x is good, lerss demanding on cpu or resources, hopefully Dell Inspiron 15 7000 or Dell Inspiron 24 7000 can dual boot with os x and windows 10~
