Uncle beejay if you are reading this, high time you start a vote of no confidence for ottoke since the displeasure towards him is strong. If he has done indeed nothing, i'm sure he can survive a so called vote of no confidence among your moderators or your forum appointment holders. You have over thousands of forumers here and if you minus off some of the trolls, i'm sure you can find someone of quality to be a mod through a more open and simplified selection process.

Yes, no doubt you need moderation work to be done to " clean up" the forums, but if you have mods ( ottoke or not) that blur between the lines of fair moderation or power abuse, would it be fair for your other mods and users as well and at the same time, losing ad revenues because lesser people are coming here?

PS: So where did he go these few days eh? hiding low already? If not usually would seen him trolling at threads where PAI KIA posts or lurks.

If expressing my genuine critique of a person's acting will cause some jr mod to rain revenge on me then so be it. I mean seriously compare her with senior actresses, when I watch her act I cringe sometimes. Actually same as that Rui en in her too overly bubbly character in 9pm show.

In terms of acting Hk is way better.

Anyway back to topic, if I kena fix cos of this commentary then it solidifies e immaturity of e jr mod. Just saying.

actually i dont think age matters, because we all know age and maturity has no link at all, some teens can be very mature and capable of handling the task of being a mod, while some grown adult cant

Coming from a genera perspective on cognitive development. Human brain matures ard 21 (some later some younger but obviously in this case seems to be e latter)

i think its a little pathetic if we are all 30+ and whining over a <20 year old's behavior of the internet

but it might be more pathetic how the admins continue to give this <20 year old free reign despite all signs pointing to him having the mentality of a 10 year old

Take the other junior mod sensible for example, after I exposed him as a stalker (came down my office lobby just to gpgt/expose me or whatever nonsense), he hunted down all my past postings to give me infractions.

All that to satsify his ego once again.

With pests like that as junior moderator, who wants to even post.
