To all g pro 2 experts here, do u know how to do hardware reset (recovery menu) ? I tried the holding the power and down button method but doesn't work.

How to Hard Reset LG G Pro 2 
Hardware factory reset
Turn off your phone; if you can’t do it as usual, then press power button for about 15 seconds.
After shutting down your device, press volume down button and power button together and at the same time until the LG logo appears on the screen.
When the LG logo is displayed, let go of the power button, but keep pressing the volume down key.
Now press once more power button.
Once you do that, on your LG G Pro 2 the factory reset menu will be displayed.
Press power button in order to agree and wait while the hard reset is being completed.
Then, if you want you can enter recovery mode for clearing cache and for performing other operations.
