Though users of Pro 2 will never claim that the phone is
not up to the mark of its competitors, Samsung, Sony
and so on...the truth is every manufacturer wants profit.
Since G3 is selling well, LG decides to upgrade it to G4
and publicly announced it wants even more sales.

The manufacturers from China are draining the market
with their low price phones and are seriously finding a way
to outclass Pro 2. However users of these phones
in China aren't going to upgrade to other brands, but
not the case here.

LG has proven with its quality products
and the Pro 2 is a good strategy to find out whether low
price is what the market wants. LG will not give up on
the next successor to Pro 2 else it is ruining its own
marketing plan in finding a place among the top in its
production of mobile phone. Definitely G4 will be a winner
so the queue from Pro 2 users is also on the line, but
when Pro 3 appears all will be totally surprised including
the competitors.

did a factory reset, the bloody phone deleted all the stuff in my external sd card also. *******!

my other droids all never touch the external sd when resetting... why LG oh whyyyyy

all my backups were there for restoring.... and now they're GONE

I thought factory reset not supposed to delete sd data. So scary. Next time better remove card before such action. Really cry no tears.

Did you select "Erase everything" by mistake?

If not, it should not had deleted the content of SD card!

If not, it should not had deleted the content of SD card!

erase everything also, should not disturb the external sd contents what... it should only erase the internal sd, which i expected and intended...

Hmm...Okay.

At least you have cloud storage as a camera backup.

Saw on adix82 got new one going for 500x.. but don't know if outdated info on their price list..

Do a search, we find that there are other phones also
available in refurb condition. If there are really bad issues
with such sets those selling them will be having serious
problems with their customers.

Reburb sets are also available from iPhone, Sony etc.
The price is usually not cheap and one can see that if
the set is a faulty one, the news will be spread out in
no time.

As for people who are totally not having a trust on
having a good deal though it is a ruburb set, then go
for the higher price new set if you are fortunate
enough to get hold of one. The camp is concentrating
on the coming G4 but you have to pay a premium
price for it...at least double of what you get for a Pro 2.
You make the decision, the choice is yours.

Haven't looked at phones in a while, but that's because my G Pro 2 is still serving me very well! Had this phone since August and so far it's been good, although I think the battery life has become poorer (which can be replaced by a new battery).

Other than that, it's 5.9 inch of goodness and every bit an excellent phone since I used it from day 1. I still use my Xperia Z ultra too, though it's more like a secondary phone/6.4" tablet when I watch some youtube.

Anyone have problem LG G pro 2 not able to connect to wifi...it been connecting for very long but it is not connected.
