Yesterday my notification no sound at all. SMS or carousell receive, don have any sound out. Checked notification setting, put to highest ardy. Still no sound. But call have sound. Any advise?

Perhaps u may try to uninstall the app and re-install again.

Thinking of getting a new original battery to prolong using my pro2. At this moment, it seems like no phones to replace the 5.9" screen size.

Am using V10 now to replace my 2 year old G Pro 2. An adequate, if not better replacement with more powerful camera function and 2nd screen. Also my package comes with external battery and charger, thus no issue when on low battery.

Ok. Then have to seek alternative for the 6" screen like the Nexus 6, etc. Or let's hope for V20 to be a 6" cos it doesn't seem hopeful for G Pro 3.

Yes.

Must take into account the 0.20" taken up by the OSB... Always remember that.

However, the OSB will be auto hide for full screen video and YouTube.

i had something like this problem aft resetting my phone. i cant receive any whatsapp until i open the app. checked all notification settings, all ok. but aft few days it got back to normal.

u should. after more than 2yrs of usage, i had to change the batt. other than that, everything is working fine. n as i don install a lot of apps, i don suffer fm any lags, which i did when using samsung. there r other phones out there wif the same or better specs. but as this phone is sufficient for my usage, i don see a need to change.

oh ok,what i meant is my 4g data signal will be lost after a while upon switching on. There was no display of 4G or H+ which my wechat will display "cannot connect to server" and watsapp no tick what-so-ever when i sent msg. I always gotta reboot my phone for data signal to be back online again but after using a while,the data signal will be gone again. Btw,my data switch (what ever u call it) is turned on all the while.

The other thing is my sms,it seems a long time for msg to come in when i expected 1 such as OTP. It's suppose to be fast (under 1 min) for me to receive my OTP when i requested for it but now it took 3 mins to receive which by then is useless.

I suspect is the antenna of the phone tat is giving problem. i thought is my simcard but when i tried on my spare phone,everything is working fine. No 4g data loss or delay in receiving sms.

All my lg phones also same situation as u. But I'm still loving lg phones. Lol...

Could be those who underestimate LG leadership in
marketing its mobile devices.

However research has proven that LG looks after the
consumers rather than the shareholders with top-notch
priority. Yes or No?

and after restart the signal came back.

Check the age of the current battery for this could be
the problem from an overused battery.

I did change mine to a brand new one bought from LG
and since then no more lost of the signal.

I changed to a new batt but the problem still persists. I got 2 options, first under the network mode,i gotta select 'gsm/wcdma only'. This allow me to use 3g signal only but signal stable no problem.

The 2nd option is when i wannna use 4g signal, i gotta go to the hidden menu under LTE settings to manually select band 3 and 7. This way my 4g signal no problem but the catch is to manually select the bands whenever i switch off and on my phone. The selection of the bands seems unable to be saved,when i back to previous menu and go back to the bands selection again,the previous selection will be gone and i gotta select again. The only way to make the band selection hold is to just exit it by tapping the center key 'O'.

For the time being guess this my only 2 options.

I'd gotten the V20 as well, SH deal too good to resist. But, I'm still holding on to my G Pro 2 and using it with a SH prepaid card. Still works wonderfully and the large screen is a bonus to a movie guy like me.
