Anyone have problem LG G pro 2 not able to connect to wifi...it been connecting for very long but it is not connected.

Nope. Do a Forget your wifi network, then reboot your wifi network at home, and your phone, and reconnect to see how it goes...

To conserve battery life. You must uncheck this option under Advance Wifi.

"Scanning always available"

It does wonder for your battery life besides using Low Accuracy on Location.

Cant switch off or on..it keep saying wifi turning on..but not able to switch off and on. Switching off the phone dont help either

What do you mean by "can't switch off or on..."?
How do you switched off the phone and what do you mean
by "don't help either" If you explain your problems more
precisely and clearly, it is easier for others in this forum
to find a solution. Learn to communicate and state your
situations of your phone in a more detail manner.

Haven't looked at phones in a while, but that's because my G Pro 2 is still serving me very well! Had this phone since August and so far it's been good, although I think the battery life has become poorer (which can be replaced by a new battery).

Other than that, it's 5.9 inch of goodness and every bit an excellent phone since I used it from day 1. I still use my Xperia Z ultra too, though it's more like a secondary phone/6.4" tablet when I watch some youtube.

Experienced mobile phone users knew fully well that you
phones can't last when there is no option to change the
battery yourself with an extra.

The Pro 2 is the first 5.9 inch phone that got success stories
from end users even though it is still under-rated due to its
lower price. With the fierce competition from Xiaomi and
the likes matching the iPhone 6 plus following the footstep
of inability to change battery...the question is, why are
the manufacturers choosing this option?

of using removable battery is its ability to give

However when the Korean manufacturer Samsung came out

S pen in October 2011, including the removable battery

At that time the OS available from Google was only
Android 2.3.

It took Apple more than three years to let go off their
pride and follow the bigger screen idea knowing well that
this would not be in line with Steve Job's policy.
The people at Apple are sure going for the bigger screen
is not a mistake indeed.

Then in Feb 2014 LG suddenly surprised the big screen
user with their 5.9 inch Pro 2 plus some unique innovative
features like the "knock knock" thingy, quick charging ability
and controls at the back of the phone instead of on the
side. Until today there isn't one phone from the rest of
the competitors that can match these features. I am
sure the successor to Pro 2 will not disappoint all loyal
users.
