Just updated my OS too. Happy to see the same interface coming to Pro 2 as my z ultra got the update some 2-3 weeks ago. The battery drain does seem abit faster and for some reason the phone feels warmer to the touch. But other than that a good update.

Was quite itching to change to G4 when I got to play with the phone at SH shop, but this new update curb the itch. Holding on to G pro 3 news!!!

Good to hear that.

In fact, the battery drains is not that bad lah.

Let it goes through few more repeated charging and it should improve even though it will not be as good as KitKat.

However, the standby battery performance is quite good in lollipop.

Now, you have a bigger lollipop compared to G4 in term of display size. Worth the wait, bro!

However, some 3rd party apps are still not compatible with Lollipop, thus the Do Not disturb mode feature.

I have one app that still sounds clear and loud even though I did not tick the "Priority" box of that app.

So, be patient. Some apps may not be updated yet to work with the new Do Not Disturb mode.

All the stock apps are working fine including the alarm clock (Clock app), calender app, call and sms apps.

One thing i realised is that once you come out of DND, the next time you set it to DND, you have to go through the whole process of setting to priority for alarm to work. A little troublesome.

Did i set it wrongly or what?

Yes. Nothing wrong with it.

That's the way it works now. It is a little bit troublesome comparing to good old one and for all "Silent" mode.

Well... 3rd day into it and I'm getting use to the extra fingers work now. No sweat bah!

Alarm sounded me up just now. No worry.

Whenever you see that "Star" in the status bar, you instantly know that you are in DND - Priority mode.

The lollipop apps notification display is awesome. I like the new and more professional looks of it too.

What method did you use? OTA?

Have you tried upgrading through LG PC Suits and official LG Mobile Tool?

Lollipop now. Yeh! :s12: Thanks for your hint to use PC Suite.

Wow! Actually, I didn't know until now that using pc Suits does the magic if OTA failed after my gf Pro 2 also failed using OTA saying that hers was suspected being routed popped up.

My whatsapp notifications led is still flashing even though all messages read. Anyone here encounter this issue ? I need to go settings to off, on the led notifications. Can be quite irritating. :(

That's strange!

Clear cache, clear data of Whatsapp to see how.
