How do you find the battery life ?

Like what others said, the battery life is not that great because of the power hungry QHD screen but the standby time (not turning on the screen) is outstanding provided you set the Location mode to "Battery Saving (Networks only)". The charging time is very fast too but this one maybe because I use the Anker 40W charger. I haven’t used its original charger yet.

HTC One has mono speaker indeed louder where else Xperia Z2 has more clearer surround sound output but both speaker placement are on the front side.

HTC One (M7 and M8) in fact has two front stereo speakers. I use speakers a lot for hand-free calling when driving and also to listen daily to ebooks using TTS engines (Acapela & Cereproc apps), so I can say with confidence that nothing ever beats HTC One when it comes to speaker sound quality. My LG G3 speaker is loud but it sounds like a hollow tin can when compared to my old HTC One M7. Anyway don’t take my word for it. You have to make the comparison yourself to believe.

Me using 50% with Auto Brightness. Yes, can last me one working day w/o charging. Played games/ Whatsapp/ WeChat.

I use original software and installed battery saving app still can't last more than 12 hrs. Already disabled 4G, Location, Bluetooth and Brightness at 40%. Can share your tricks ?

Question is, how much is your screen on time? If you turned on your phone and used it continously, most phone can't last a day. The LG G3 has about 5+hrs screen on time for normal usage.

Err... No special tricks. I only install Snapdragon Guru. I'm not saying can last me 12 hours, but it can at least last me from the moment i step out of my house till i reached home. Doing all the above i mentioned.
As a matter of fact, while I'm typing this, my G3 shows 18% left. This is after some intense gaming earlier on.

Ok, Snapdragon. It says it needs 2-4 days to learn the user usage behaviour. Will try.

My "working day" on the home trip low batt warning multiple times. Reach home left 5% +/-.

The Anker 40W charges slower than the original charger. Pushed out 0.9A max on my device.

Noted "5+ hrs" figure although I also recalled 3A Optimization (Adaptive frame rate, Adaptive clocking & Adaptive timing control). I'm an average user, 2-3 hrs screen on time, at most.

Need to check with all whether you face the following issues or it is just my set.

1) Using the native Camera Apps, after taking photos and trying to view the pictures, it lags for up to 15 secs before opening up the picture that was just taken. If I want to delete that photo, it lags again. Maybe another 15-20 secs before it gets deleted. I mean this is supposed to be the best phone for taking photos but what is the point if I one that takes so long for me to view the pictures?

2) Trying turning High Temperature Property On and the phone doesn't lag as much but it will burn up after 30 mins of use and will auto shut down.

My transition animation and animation scale is turned off. The last thing I haven't tried is to reset the phone and root it.

Wanna know whether someone has similar experience and have gotten it fixed before I do the extreme.

Any feedback and advise is greatly appreciated.

Are you saving your photos to memory card? It definitely don't take 15 secs for me. If you are saving to memory card might be memory card issue? It takes 1-2 secs for me to show and probably 1 sec to delete. I am using Samsung EVO sd card
