My G3 keeps dropping 4G connection after the update. It keeps showing H only and battery dropping fast...

watch out. could be the LTE chip spoil like mine.

Oh. But it's right after the previous night firmware update. It was fine all the while. These 2 days around my home area is much better. Rarely happened. But at my work place dropping the whole day. Before update the connection was very good anywhere.

im juz saying the chip spoil can coincide with anything. its just coincidence and is rare but it can happen and our brain latch onto the most logical reason and reject all others. that cost me $300.

my chip spoil coincide with starhub removing my free 4G. so i thot that starhub 3G network was bad cos i kept getting drop signal and so din send my phone for servicing. turns out its the phone spoil

Does anyone knows how to set the "New Contact" by default save to Google instead of phone?

Tried to show only google contacts only, still can't get it to save by default to Google instead.

hey everyone, i just got an lg g3, and am struggling to configure my whatsapp notifications to get what i want

I want no vibration and no popup, but on the whatsapp icon on the homepage, i want the little red circle showing me how many messages i got. drop-down i dont really care if there's a notification.

can anyone please help me?

No Vibration and Popup
- 3 dots (top right in whatsapp) > Settings > Notifications > change vibrate and popup notification for both Message Notifications and Group Notifications

uhm.. before i was using iphone they have a little red circle on the whatsapp icon telling you how many messages you got.

is it android dont have?

Hi I took over wife g3 I think I damaged sim card holder. No more warranty. Should I go service centre Or try those repair shops in Sls. Anyone knows any GD repair shop in Sls. Tks.

are u very sure its the sim card slot spoil? do a visual check. if the pins are fine then its ur snapdragon modem that is faulty.

but if its the sim card spoil it will cost $80 to repair. if snapdragon spoil must replace whole mobo for $300.

Please send to LG service centre. I replaced mine for $15 last month.

Last week my G3 promt to update software , so I the update but now after updated the battery drain-off very fast and the phone always feel hot. Anyone encounter the same problem ?
