We have the review unit of the G3.

32GB and 3GB RAM.

Pop any Qs here and I try my best to answer them here (or in my review).

Other than ram and in-phone storage size, is there any other difference between the 16gb and 32gb model?

If u can copy the same 4k video (inside the G3) into another phone with a FHD screen and playback, do u notice any difference in visual quality?

Interested in comparison with S5, especially camera and battery life. Very itchy to change even though my S5 is barely a month old..

TheUltimateAvengers - I am conducting our standard battery test now. I will use the G3 over the weekend. Only then can I provide you guys with a more accurate/objective assessment of its battery performance.

BuShuang - Aside from the internal storage and RAM differences, there are NO differences between the two models. As I am conducting the battery test now, I am unable to fit in a 4K video to see. Update ya next week.

Aleksandr - yeah, the G3 will face off with the recent Android flagship smartphones in the review, in terms of benchmark scores and battery performance. as for image comparisons, i do not know if got time to do that.

Tokieda - yup, battery performance will be a key topic of the review since its the top concern among consumers.

Initial impressions of the G3:

Good feel. Though its a 5.5-inch phone, it feels like a 5-inch phone.
I really like the new interface, the fonts and looks very modernized.
Have yet to test out the camera.
Only received the phone last evening and was busy with PC Show work.

I think G3's 5.5" display is just the right size for those who think that a 5.7" of Note 3 or 5.9" of G Pro 2 is just too big and yet a 5" is not big enough or not justifiable enough to upgrade from a smaller screen phone that you are holding now. ;)

Therefore, G3 is the phone to get for sure. :)

Agreed. I might be ditching my g pro2 for G3 as I still find g pro2 too big for my use.

Hopefully iphone6 can launch earlier to fund my G3 purchase =:p

My previous phone - nexus 5 - 5" too small
Current phone - g pro 2 - 5.9" too big
Next phone - G3? - 5.5" just nice ;)
