As expected, batt life not that great for a 2014 flagship.

Didnt the gsmarena review conclude that battery life is great, especially considering the high-res display??? They did note that the battery does drain with constant 4g connectivity, but that pretty much applies to every other phone isnt it? Even if LG decided to use a larger capacity battery but compromising the overall dimensions of the phone instead, then we will have people start complaining about the thickness of the phone and what not. There's no satisfying each and everyone.

So far battery has been pretty decent for me. Easily last thru the day with normal usage

Battery life ultimately depends on one's usage patterns. For heavy users, i doubt squeezing in 1-2 hrs more of juice into the battery would make a noticeable difference.

hwz standard battery test average only.

real world usage. i went through first round. not very positive.

going through a second and third round (if possible) to see if the results the same.

but as some of you guys mentioned, different usage patterns = different battery mileage.

update you guys again!

I read somewhere that certain apps/games are hidden from the G3's play store as they do not support the QHD resolution. Can you help verify? If so, I believe this is a major deal breaker until QHD becomes mainstream so that the developers will cater for it.

Shame the QHD display is causing average battery life and relatively poor screen performance. 1080p on this device would have been epic! I mean the LG G2 with the update hardware, build materials, battery optimisations and software but keeping that lovely 1080p 5.2" display would have been my perfect phone.

Will still probably get the G3 though as I think it's the best all round phone for me right now.

Introducing the first live set of LG G3. Thanks to a special bro who remember me and took precious time and look for me. Appreciate the effort.

the reviewer from underkg gave more cons than good about the g3.

i see 5 mins into the video review and i just turn it off. All the reviewer does is keep questioning why certain features from previous LG phones are missing from the G3. And rather than giving any in-depth views, all he does is just go through the features and functions and stating the obvious.
