I like how LG make the UI so minimalist, like near to stock android.

After an hour intense usage, battery drop 3%. Not bad!

Hmmmm, got my phone at 7pm++.. It was 48% when first used.. Now left 21%.. Anyone knows why?

I just bought my G3 after comparing with S5. Really smooth and nice looking. Too bad I can't trade in my old s3 lte....

Decided to jump to purchase a GOLD G3, sold my Z2 for this.

Had to really comment that i was impress firstly with the price and the overall of the phone.

It has M8 premium feel, Almost stock UI like Z2, and the flexibility of the default icon better to be place (eg, the back button). Coming from a EX-user from M8/S5/Z2, i was pretty impress. Even just a few hour of playing around, definitely one of the most affordable and value for money phone in the market as of now.

Having said all these, after all i only been with the phone for less then few hour. There might be flaw or problem as we get to use the phone more often but i believe this time round LG has finally produce a phone that is gonna make a impact and regain back their supporter!

btw for those with magnetic wireless chargers, ie nexus 5 wireless charger, it won't work.

magnets will cause the phone to think its a quick circle case installed instead of charging it

I'm using a cheapo Qi charger.. It detects the device (blue LED turns on the charger) but the phone does not charge. What do you think can be the prob? Lousy charger or not enough current?
I've yet to check the voltage though...

Played with the phone for 5 hours, didn't experience the same kind of lag/slowdown like when I opened too many apps on the telco stores' demo units.

Mostly very smooth and fluid, though need to get 100% of apps installed (and other media restored on new sdcard) and play a few days to really know.

Battery life was quite disappointing, indeed.

samsung can turn their SView detection off so even if u put on a SView case, it won't react. The G3 can do this?

LG really make a great phone this time round.. Especially with the circle case really brings out the sleek and smooth features of the phone. No lag from the phone. Tested the wi-fi, bluetooth, NFC..etc... 10/10!

For those to think the phone lags, it's probably the animations aren't smooth to your liking. Software issue.

screen off effect ? the effect is like when u off a tv? they zoom close the screen ?

I found a bug.if the phone is switched on or reboot while charging, the brightness will go to max and auto brightness turned off.
