I been reading through all the gsmarena reviews of various LG smartphone models and funny enough, G3 has one of the best battery endurance ratings(69hours) among the recent models. G2(62hours) G Pro2(61hours) G Pro(50hours). Only G Flex has a higher rating of 97 hours. Ultimately, it all boils down to one's usage patterns but i dont see why certain people are quick to bash that a 3000mah battery is simply not enough for a flagship qHD phone.

Maybe they are fanboys from other brands that love to bash and i believe that LG have alot of haters.

I'm not sure if this has been posted, but I think it is one of the best and practical hands-on of G3, by this Briton babe! :)

It's a 23 minutes of video with quite a few comparison with S5! A MUST watch!

LG G3: In-depth Impressions and Hands On! :s22:

I know this is a bit slow but the Xperia Z2 feels so premium!

Would everybody buy LG G3 rather than Xperia Z2?

Just asking~

comparing premium feel, I'd rather get the M8. But honestly either one is pointless because I'll put casing anyway, no matter how premium also will feel the casing only.

i just tried the demo set at the pc show... stufftv booth.i can tell u... the build feels sturdy and its like looking at my nexus 5!

and the interface is super smooth... batt life i didn't get the chance to experience within the 5 mins, but from what i heard, its as long lasting as the current top of the line android phone despite the 2k screen at full brightness mode.

now its down to this or iPhone 6

wah the demo set is already available??? damn it!! should have been informed earlier so can go down molest it..

The only thing left now is to see how much the telcos gonna price the phone with contract. LG is starting to garner a bigger local following from people suffering from fruit/samseng fatigue and there is definitely a good demand for LG phones here. With G3 being a flagship and all, i wont be surprised if the telcos take this chance to make good profits off the model. I will be very surprised if the telcos price it below 500 bucks with cheapest data plan and my guess is that it will cost between 550-598.

Just FYI for those considering to buy KR set - no wireless charging! I think this one wait for local set better.

I think i will give this phone a miss..:(:(

I had the LG G2, it's no doubt one of the best phones out there but what really annoyed me is how bad the camera on the G2 is especially on low light conditions. The pictures will turn out very smudgy, watercolored like that and it makes the pictures looks fake. For those who had record videos on the G2 before, you guys will notice that the audio sounds watery. It doesnt sound natural at all.

Correct me if im wrong , but it seems that LG G3 is using the same camera sensor from LG G2 and only tweak the software side. I cant seem to find any low light camera samples but the same watery sound still exists in LG G3.

Agree with you, LG G2 is a damn good phone i had used.. Tried changing to S4 or Z2 but i came back to G2.. Only problem is at night when taking pictures, it will take very long to focus and the end product is nota s good..

Hopefully G3 doesnt have the same issue..

My guess is the g3 will cost about 450 while the g2 will drop to abt 300, since g3 retail price is about the same as the starting price of the g2

LG On Screen available?

Hi guys,

For those already having a set, does G3 supports LG On-Screen as well as G2?

Need it so that I can whatsapp on computer keyboard and charge at the same time... :D

I definitely hope LG are willing to price the G3 aggressively to attract more to jump over. It seems like Starhub are already cutting prices for G2 and G Pro 2 in anticipation of G3's release. G2 is currently going for $269 and G Pro 2 $399 with cheapest data plan. Last i checked couple weeks ago G2 was priced at $329 and G Pro 2 $499 i think. With that said, i think if G3 is priced above $500 then it makes no sense to go for contract purchase since i think outside retailers will probably be selling this phone non-contract for high-700 to low-800.
