Anyone has the problem of downloading 6 files that are "female for French, female for Italian, female for Portuguese, female for German, female for Spanish"? Not sure whether this is a system update or some other apps. But the status is forever downloading and I can turn it off. Btw, I have rooted my phone

It's the TTS "auto update". Depending on your auto update setting, you can trying connecting to wifi to finish the download or uncheck the "update on wifi only" option.

my battery is awesome... i charge last saturday afternoon... until today i got 30%..

usage is camera and some whatsapp and viber.

Just a warning to some users... LG G3 (and also G2) defaults saving new contacts to Phone contacts, NOT Google contacts. It's irritating, and may sometimes cause you to lose your contacts.

Need to manually select saving as Google contacts every time adding a new entry.

Bro I also got this problem, been Downloading for who knows how long already. Anyone has options on how to switch it off? Don't really require these voice packs.

Go to app manager and find the Download app then clear cache or clear idk what forget already. That should be ok by then.

Here's what i tried.

Go to Settings -> General -> languages & Input -> Text to Speech Output -> Select Setting ICON -> Settings for Google TTS Engine -> Uncheck Auto Update Voices.

Then pull down notification shade, press and hold the downloading notification. Then select App Info -> Force Stop. Then click on Clear Data.

So far, seems to solve the problem.

I would say battery life is pretty awesome.

My last charge was yesterday noon & till now is still left with 26%.

Mainly on whats app, fb and this morning videos/music otw to work.

I doubt my previous phone can last that long so to me is considered very good.

But to be able to last a day is really rare since most of us WA, FB, Instagram, surf net, play games etc.

LG phone battery life really impressive one. Can last you a day without those gimmicky battery saving mode. Seriously, if you use battery saving mode in order to last a day, might as well get a lower end phone.

my vsd3 with g3 lineout hissy, fine. but use stock player my left channel sometime can hear distortion for piano part.. :/ vsd3 with my o2odac no problem, no issue.. haiz :<
