LG has this feature which my old Samsung S3 does not have. Is this from Google Kitkat?

ie. About Phone->Update Center->App Updates->Settings->Auto Update apps->Via Wifi only

So whenever I connect to wifi, the system apps for scan for updates and update automatically?

There is a risk here, will the various updates for the apps affect the system if the updates got bugs?

No, it is not just dpi issue. Mine version 10b, did not change dpi but towelroot rooted. Update to 10e got the error the the phone is rooted.

im on towelroot, xposed and dpi at 530. i had to change dpi to stock before LG lets me proceed.

Based on the spec, i personally feels NOT worth it.

I rather buy a redmi, which has better spec (other than no LTE) than the G3 beat..

Been waiting for G3 16gb rom/2gb ram variant to be released here but it looks increasingly likely that it will never see the light of day here. Some sites are selling the 2gb variant export set for around $650-660, and the measly 50 dollar savings compared to 3gb local set is simply not worth considering. But yes, i agree base on specs, G3 Beat really nothing to shout about. For 400 bucks i much rather get a HTC 816 or topup a bit more to get a sony z1 export set.

This is what I always did first thing, after I rooted and installed custom recovery on my devices.

To check your current entropy, you can search for check entropy app from Play store and install it.

Without rooting I think the only way is to set your phone in silent mode. If your devices is rooted, Tweaksbox can do it.

hm... is it so much better than just using Seeder? Seeder does improve the G3. Makes it more smooth. Heck, even antutu also increases to 35k from 25k.

Hmm, imo it's better because it's a low level tweak rather than app based tweak. Last time Seeder was free but now it's like have to pay and there's no friendly version available afaik, if you have share share ok lol.

Actually this entropy tweak can be implemented in custom ROM, when I was using M8 SkyDragon GPE ROM, I don't need it at all since the creator tweak it directly into the ROM, entropy result was 4096, kudos to the creator.
