keep having "Home" has stopped responding. then it will restart the process.

Battery life aint that great on lollipop. 3 hrs SOT at most with 4G LTE and 37 hours usage
I encountered once when I newly got my G3. I was like "Walao, it's real! Home also can crash?!..." But I straight away updated to Lollipop followed by a hard reset then use. Never see it happen for the second time. Anyway it may due to I use Apex as my launcher.

I find the default launcher a bit limiting features wise. And the Lollipop app launch animation (from bottom) looks a bit lag and not so smooth. I switched to Jelly Bean animation in Apex and it's so much faster. Happy G3 user, no lag, no heating issue (except intense usage during initial setup), satisfying battery life.

What you mean by hard reset - restart the phone or perform a factory reset?

Thanks.

yes it is :):):)

Thank you. So, if i were to upgrade to Lollipop, i have to start from V20B, then from there move on to V20C right?

Can share how is the battery life on V20C? Previously were on V20B, and battery life really sucks big time man:(

Now, dare not do any upgrade in case the battery sucks big time again :o

no need. direct connect your phone to PC, use LG PC Suite to upgrade ur firmware directly to V20c. once done, do a factory reset and u are good to go

battery life is good. able to last me 37 hours with 2 hours 30 mins of SOT. hahaha!

I thought of using other launcher. But don't know if I should. Because that would means losing the ability to double tap to sleep. Although can install app for that, but its already an original feature on the g3 ...

i just installed apex launcher. double tap to sleep is still able to work. you just have to double tap on status bar to lock the screen.
