Hi guys will need abit of help. My G3 is stuck in a boot loop and refuses to boot to the splash screen. Have taken out the battery and reset but problem still doesnt go away.

Phone is charging fine on charger.

I am using V10k stock ROM, the kitkat one just before the lollipop.

Will appreciate if any of the experts here can assist me. thanks!

anybody know what is the cost of replacing the g3 laser or camera lens?
compared with my friend g3, and seems like there's some hardware issue on my set. the camera is blur especially during indoor environment and night shot.

Before you assumed that the phone camera lens is faulty,
why not try this experiment. Use a tripod to shoot some
pictures in what you describe as indoor environment and
night shot.

Make sure you don't move the phone or shake it during
exposure. Hold it and keep very steady while you lightly
activiate the shutter by pressing it lightly.

Blur pictures are often the result of camera movement during
exposures. If you just use your hand holding the phone and
shoot in such low lighting conditions, the shutter speed will
be very slow resulting in blurred images.

If after the experiment, get a friend to help you to do the
same thing on his phone camera and compare. If the result
is still not good, then you may have a faulty lens.
Ask for replacement at the Service Centre and they will let
you know the cost of replacement.

Therefore will need to either upgrade my set to another model, or send it for repair.

come to think of it, if you can, maybe you can try waiting till October..

G4 Pro is expected to launch then..

if it doesn't come, or if you just don't like it, G4 would have become much cheaper :x

G3 juz passed 1 yr mark bro... if u hv it for 2 years means urs prototype ah

purchase it and where did you got the phone from?

I have learned that writing down as in a journal does
one good from details like happenings in one's life,
including all the good and the up and coming suspension
that you want including those still not in the air.

Journal it and you will be grateful so to say.

haha.. my mistake.. my plan was over 2 years, but phone only one year plus.. seems like 2 years because previously I will only change my phone when the mobile plan is up for renewal. But this time it was different.
