I've already found an alternative for the lack of microsd. OTG USB. I got a small one that can fit in my wallet. Usually will transfer videos if its taking up a lot of space but so far, I've not exceeded my 32GB usage. One thing to note also idk why but I installed same apps for both S6 and G4 but I've less memory left for the G4. Find it very weird.

Did u factored in the diff size in the os?

LG came up with a statement few days after the announcement of G4 that it supports quick charging. if Im not wrong, the bundled charger isn't a fast charger bah

What little content there is - all you get is a charger and a cable. And it's not a Quick Charger either, you get a regular 5V/2A charger. The phone itself supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0, but you'll have to buy a compatible charger yourself. There's no headset in the box either.

I always use the samsung 2A charger and xiaomi battery bank (2A) output for all my devices, no issues. It charges quite fast.

Yeah LG provided us a 5v/1.8A charger which is not Quick Charge enabled. I have a note 4 fast charger. Will used it to charge the G4 and let you guys know.

The processor and qhd screens of recent phones burns lots of energy and are "warmer" compared to last year's phones.

Anyway i do find it gets warm sometimes after a period of usage but its nothing to be of concerned since i find my old m8 and s5 also feels the same. S6 was hotter for me probably the glass and metal body dissipates heat easier thus making us feel the heat more.

Thats why i find removable battery in g4 is a gem because when the phone is constantly exposed to prolonged heat, it affects the battery life a lot. 6 months down the road, the battery quality probably drops 30-40% of its original capacity.

Those who change phones often wont need to worry. But those who prefer to use their phones for 1 or 2 years, having the ability to swap out the battery is godsend.

Thanks for the explanation on the heat issue!but my battery life seems to deplete faster as compared to most reviews here. After minor usage for 3 hours it has dipped down to 60%.

agree as well that the removable batt option is the main reason why I chose g4 over s6.

This phone supports quick charge 2.0. Tested with my note 4 quick charge charger.

Why so? Quick key pressing power button + vol down will help capture screenshots quickly. I think with the button layout at the back, its possible to do it with a single finger.

That's something that I'm hoping can be fixed with a software update. Quite irritating to have such large files.
