It's under warranty. Use for 4 months before it went bootloop.
Contacted Expansys and phone shipped smoothly back to them (free of charge). Upon reaching them, they said phone unable to repair due to my phone IMEI doesn't match with the box sticker, WTh..

I explained to them this phone came with the box which bought from them. And so they now investigate the case with their supplier. Its been 3 weeks since the phone reach their hand, pending update from Expansys.

but buyer shd have complaint this issue when he received a phone sn is different from the box one.... Why is logistics fault?

Well got my lg g4 back from the service center.

Succesfully downgrade from MM to LP using this method :

Which MM version did you downgrade to? Can only seem to find v10b /:

i think from that XDA link, the repository of KDZ has only v10b as the newest 'SEA' file, the rest are non SEA.

I did my downgrade referring to there as well to one of the v10c files

I used the H81510C_00_2.kdz. Every time the phone boots up it will get the "Can't find matched cust for NT-code" message which i think is a mismatch between the region of the kdz and that of your phone (thats why there's different kdz for different regions) but it doesnt affect the phone performance

Planning to get G4, after hearing it got good cam, is that true? N what other issue with g4? Boot load issue..saw brand new selling at S$235, wondering if this true market place or too low.

g4 preown set is s$450...new is apprx 650
(Leather or dual sim variant)

A bit confused here, this is for the LGUP Method or for the all variants root method?

Or do I use LG UP to downgrade to V10b from storage cow and then use LGUP to upgrade to the above V10C?

They somehow recorded a different serial from the one shipped. Or they messed up somehow.

no need to pray. though they are a hard nut to crack. Use persistent with the LG acknowledgement of the matter to get a replacement just before the warranty ends. Dun let LG shortchange those survivors as no matter what the result of the bad assembly will showed just sooner or later.

Battery life was great.

Did not update any LG softwares or MM.
