It looks like something is deleting the contact that I try to save.

This happens quite a few times, and it's quite frustrating.

Looks like your G4 contact/contact sync is the issue if it was not even saved the first time. Have you tried to clear your contact and contact storage data, then resynced everything again?

Those with bootloop issues, any of you on the dual sim variant?

All along thought I was not at risk since the dual sim G4s were produced much later, but I checked and it's 511, not the 6xx that are less prone. Worried now

My is dual sim ver from Hong Kong....it last me about 6 month then suddenly just hang and go in bootloop....

I'm also on 511 dual sim local set. Obviously will feel uneasy, but thus far I have not read about any 511 phone bootlooping yet.

Sent my G4 for repair this morning at around 930 and they told me they can get it fixed by 11. Collected the phone and change motherboard again. Now I am on the 603 motherboard. Hopefully this time round it will last a few years...
