Sorry for asking but what advise... Got friend from the states bought sg set from eBay, no receipt. Now kena bootloop.
Wanted to give my receipt to him but mine is dual sim version so obviously won't work.

what's the point in maintaining the list? Nothing can be achieved with such a list. 2k plus signatures on the petition site only yield a comment from LG

Mine died last month, repair took a week. The phone has been sitting in my drawer ever since. Once bitten twice shy.

Its awareness. Maybe even handy for people from related to similar issues to demand LG service.

And since LG G4 warranty will begin to expire, this can be brought up against them for free after warranty service. You absolutely cannot be sure they will entertain to begin with.

They will look ugly if they wanna play hardball when you present this to the registrar if you fighting a case with them.

If you want contract-free there's plenty. Personally bought mine from Kasia. Otherwise there's whymobile, adix, etc.

Shot at waterway point, handheld at ISO200, 1/3s

Chroma noise is there, but not too severe and still serviceable by photoshop. Even after a year on, the G4's camera is pretty hard to beat, though I'm interested to see how Huawei P9 and HTC 10 fare. Samsung S7 under low light imo has way less chroma noise but can struggle to get the colour right, but I believe it is fixable by software update.

go to the service centre. one of the inherent problems..

good luck to your friend. one of the few main problems to plagued G4 or ex G4 users (myself).

i was so bored and ask those holding the boxes. 90% bootloop issue the rest is screen issue.

Overheard some customers talking to the service guys. and again its bootloop.

how many non HWZ are encountering it. many.. def more than the 90 odd pple in the list here.

so far my Samsung S7 Edge is working fine. My son dropped it on the floor twice without cover face down. not bad screen still not cracked.

Yes, most probably its hardware issue for the screen problem.

I have not seen people complaining about network connectivity issue.

Better ask the technician to change the motherboard as well if your friend have not experienced the bootloop problem.

The issues appeared after he replaced motherboard and camera due to bootloop.

Before bootloop happened, the set was okay.

It's a local set so probably H815.
