hi guys, my father's LG G4 cannot turn on at all, is this the bootloop problem?

It's a moisture indicator - so condensation caused due to temp difference would trigger the moisture indicator to turn from red to white.
Can I just check - is the moisture indicator the small round white dot that is located above the SIM card slot? Is this the only one or are there other moisture indicators?
Depends on the amount of mainboards that they have too
I wonder how many cases of Bootloop they have daily and how much stock pile of mainboards / mobos do they have.
Generally these are expensive parts, and in any normal service center they wont have that many - but the G4's probably the exception =/
