Unfortunately. :(

It had all the elements to propel it to greater heights and make the brand greater

- innovations such as scratch recovery coatings, use of flexible organic led screens (Gflex and Gflex2)
- large following after a successful run of great phones - Gflex2, G3, G2, Nexus devices (Nexus 4, Nexus 5)
- a great immediate predecessor - The fuss free & reliable G3
- an improved camera over its predecessor
- a nice performance bump

the thing about the camera in LG phones is that 1 generation of camera lasts for 2 generation of phones. thats why it looks like the G2/G3 share the same camera specs and so do the G4/G5. The improvement only comes in the even-numbered releases, which sadly isnt this year.

and the battery doesnt seem to improve at all (i think even if it did improve, the amount is so little that people wont notice), i really wish that LG wants to compete with the likes of S7 edge, xiaomi Mi Max, Zenfone Max etc in the battery department but sadly we have gone like 3 generations with no huge leap in battery life

Hmm, interesting.. what's the average SOT for the G4?
The G3 is probably a 3.5 SOT / 8am to 6pm sort of phone - a half day phone ba

Hi,

Please forgive as i am not posting on the correct page.

I had an Lg optimus 4x hd.I saved many memo's on it.Meantime i got rid of this phone and saved the memo's on my sd card.

These memo's the extension is _scr

How to open/read these memo's?Is there any android app or computer software that could open these memo files?

I do not know nor want to root my current android phone.

These memo's are important and i need to find a way to open/read them.

Help please

Sent my G4 to Fix because of the Bootloop Issue. However, it's my Last Time as my Phone's Rooted. When I get it Back, should I Sell it or just continue using it ( but may Risk Paying for the Motherboard if it Strikes again ) ?

Sent from Xiaomi HM 1SW using GAGT

it's hard for you to even sell for $350 now.

Yes, LG has very bad resell value. Even before the next generation exists on the market, the current generation will already drop value within half a year.

Originally considered selling my G4 as well after my own bootloop saga but eventually decided it wasnt worth it. I'll just use it till I get a new phone.
