don't think it's the charger. i was using a combination of chargers and it still happened.

Are all those who have motherboard failure used quick charging charger to charge G4?? I just want to know if it is related.

Nope, I only use the LG stock charger and Samsung normal charger. I did not used any unknown branded charger or quick charger. When I went to the service center to complain about the issue, there was another guy behind me experiencing the same problem. Unable to boot up.

When I was there I ask the service guy for a temporary replacement, I told him I got no backup phone. The guy offered me a phone but its a very basic phone I dont know what model so I declined.

My phone was not even warm when it died, just took it out of my pocket and open a game. My workplace ambient temp very cool, aircon is on 24/7

I've never used quick charging as I don't have a quick charger. Only use usb (computer) or the provided charger to charge my G4.

was fine before i left house. after left house = cannot on anymore.

They got mobo stock now?

No official word or acknowledgement yet from LG if this is really a mobo batch issue. What if they change mother board now then next 5 months same problem again. Or if you have a 505 mobo that dies exactly 12 month after warranty is over. Really loosing faith on LG now.

You can bet on it, I am already losing faith on LG. The jokes about LG, it sounds like "Lousy Goods". I just google around the web, the stuck on "boot loop" issue looks like a LG trademark, maybe their are trying to market it as an unique feature! My Life doesn't feels GOOD after using LG! Their service standard when there is a problem with the phone is unacceptable. Some people had moved on to other brands, good riddance!

No bro, I'm saying since LG is keeping quiet about this issue, we dont know for sure what is the root cause and what have they done to solve the issue.

So changing the mother board now may not be a permanent solution.

add me too. my LG G4 also went dead on me. Unable to boot. Try to hard reset but unable to boot up also. Gonna head down to service centre tomorrow. Anyone got their set repaired already? Im also 505 series batch.
