Did they scratch your phone? I am still waiting for my G4.. really miss it now.

anyway i went there to send my phone for repair. they do not have the mobo stock atm, so longest wait is 2 weeks.

I just sent mine in today, next to me was a Malay gent which also sent in his set.
Two weeks waiting time, really in the midst of deciding to return to fruit .. everything on phone memory gone .. lucky I did a back up the day before this happened.

LG should have just do a one to one exchange .. since motherboard is being changed.

If only hwz will report this on their news, that will at least apply some pressure on LG.

Wah got any signs for the death bootloop thing?

Been playing games recently and my phone heats up to about 40 degrees when I play.

Not sure if that will affect anything /: seeing so many early adopters here sending their phones for repair makes me worry.

Bought this phone a about a month after it came out o:

Guess I will hold off rooting and stuff for now incase it dies after I root/flash stuff

Edit: phone sometimes feels warm even when it's not doing anything/ screen is off.

I'm going to hold on at the moment. Wait until there are more of such positive reviews. I regretted updating to 10e which seems to be a step back from 10d.

It happened last night, i was just browsing on Chrome when it reboot and keep on bootloop mode. I have tried hard reset/factory data reset, but still in bootloop :-(
Mine is H815 and 4 mos old

Brought my unit to LG G4 just now. They said they will replace the motherboard. They will SMS once ready for collection. 2 weeks waiting time :-( disappointed with LG

add me too. my LG G4 also went dead on me. Unable to boot. Try to hard reset but unable to boot up also. Gonna head down to service centre tomorrow. Anyone got their set repaired already? Im also 505 series batch.

Sent in mine yesterday too.

same reply. 2 weeks waiting time. Faulty motherboard was the reason given from the staff when i ask. I also ask if it was a batch issue as i have read about it on hwz. The staff just reply its probably not and she can't comment on it.

also mentioned that the motherboard change will fix the issue. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this. Had to buy a redmi note 2 to use as a sub till the G4 gets fixed.

V20A one good thing is that now there is a fast charging indicator when connected to a fast charger. Surprisingly bug free and stable so far.

Wow! What kind of courier are they using? Camel?

Fortunately I do not buy any other LG goods like fridge, washing machine or TV/monitor.. only the G4. What a horrible experienced!
