Beast, agreed. How long will the beast live? Anyone's guess. I've heard of throttle tests that up the ante of phones but those can prove to be very risky and almost, suicidal if you are unfamiliar with the tinkering.

As of now, I'll rather let my phone die a natural death. Never know, it may surpass the 2 year mark..

For me if I do gv LG a chance again it won't be too soon. V10 is a nice phone but too large in my opinion as for G5, the rumour of back buttons being shifted has dampen my already battered spirit. So yeah, if G4 can sustain then good otherwise....NEXT.

Xposed is known to be quite fickle mindedat times. Some users have ended up in a bootloop while others did not with same firmware and version of xposed. Basically, what I am saying there is no definitive answer or gurantee if u will or will not run into a bootloop. Usually, 99% of the time its ok to flash over but there is this slim chance of bootloop. Just like 4D and ToTo..

Ic. Actually i feel the buttons at the back is more suited for female hands, for male hands the positions are not exactly at natural position.

Your opinion is welcomed but I beg to differ that back buttons are more suited for female hands vs male. I'm 1.8m tall male with lanky yet broad hands and in my opinion, I feel it was a good move by LG to have had shifted the buttons at the back and here is why..

When taking selfies/wefies the volume down key at the back acts as a shutter button for me and my index finger is naturally placed on it vs trying to press screen shutter button or side keys on other phones. Most often than not, if I attempt taking shots with side keys and screen buttons (like on my exsisting S5+) I will either fumble about and loose grip on the phone or will end up taking photographs with the full length of my arm made visible in the shots. With the back button, I have managed to take shots that seem as if they were taken by someone else and not as selfies/wefies or at least that obvious... In fact, don't really need a selfie stick either..

Not to mention, with my previous phones and my current S5+ I would inadvertently end up pressing the side keys while handling it in and out of the pocket. With the G2 and G4 not once.

Anyhow, I have a feeling that the fingerprint sensor will double as a power on/off key and only volume rockers may be moved to the side.

But I found that by removing and re-inserting the battery, I can power it on by holding the power key, thereafter it will proceed into the bootloop. That's how I was able to replicate the bootloop symptom on the spot to the counter guy.

i tried removing battery and pressing the power button but still phone does not boot..
