G4 battery life already not very good. If use "always on display" probably gonna kill the battery even faster.

0.8% per hour. Can't say is a lot, but can't say insignificant for this phone also. And G5 comes with even smaller battery

I'm not sure either, I've read about the qfuse thing on Xda, but another former here said he managed to downgeade his v20c to one of the v10s but I forgot exactly which one...

i used LG up to downgrade my V20c to V10c after getting sick of MM's SD card MTP bug and battery drain.

Would love to find a newer KDZ but havent found any lollipop kdz newer than 10c

It's possible. I mentioned some pages before that I went down LG and the customer service guy helped me do a recovery so I can go home and do my back up. After recovery phone was super laggy so took me 1.5 hours to back up everything. Meaning u have to head down twice. Good thing is the guy will say the second day u come no need queue, just pass him ur phone and he'll pass u your service for.

I think some bros also mentioned about this just couple of days ago.
