Depends on how you define as fragile, if u sit on the phone while it is in your back pocket and you are bui bui and it crack, is it fragile or cause you are buibui and kumgong?
if you drop it onto a hard concrete floor from above waist height and it crack, is it fragile or you are butter finger?
nowadays with glass on metal 7 curved screen construction phones, its almost impossible to prevent accidental damage when you use it, i would say a case is required and its not fragile. If manufacturers start making phones using plastic and well protected like the old nokias, then will have pple kaopeh its fugly and chunky etc. Bottom line, spend so much money on a phone, just shell out a few more dollars to get a case rah![]()

I was so happy about the two year warranty as a victim of the g3's bootlooping, but it doesn't cover cracks.
Btw if it's useful to anyone, starhub's* customer service officer via Facebook mentioned pricelists will be released over the weekend.
