I have been saying: the curves serves no purposes at all. What infinity display BS.I also said so. The design of G6 feel so premium than round round curvy design of S8 plastic toy...$300+ cheaper also compare to S8....
Anyway, delivery guy just called me... Confirmed coming to deliver between 2pm to 5pm later... Can't wait siol...

Dunno why people likes to pay for features that are not useful at all for such an overpriced device. Imagine those curves TVs having the sides curving away from the audiences instead of towards them. Really a joke design from Samsung.

Slightly disappointed with low light photography and the post process quite hiong if zoom in pretty obvious, but can't have the best of everything. Wide angle great for landscape shots. Oh ya love the quad dac and ip68

Yah, all the korean brands use quite agressive post image processing one, thats whty their pictures looks so vibrant and dynamic to the extent even the colour is no longer the same as the subject. But most pple are happy with it and not cam pros. A bit disappointing in broad daylight? Is it set to 4:3 13MP? When I first got the phone at RWM I took some pictures in the store and it was Jia lat. I checked and found the resolution setting out of the box was set to the lowest. Not sure if it's just my set or what. Anyway, after that the pictures are great, far more detailed than my P10.

I have been deciding between g6 and s8+. Samsung got sooooo many things i dislike, but the screen size of s8+ is enough to sway me over to Samsung.
I feel quite disappointed that i find g6 too small for my liking even though function and design wise, i like g6 so much more. No s-junk, no curve screen, no bixby. No matter how hard i tried, really cannot accept the screen size of g6.
My note 3 died on me recently and i really need a phone now.

Try this:
Go to manual photo mode. Make sure that the "AE-L" button is not turned on (not having green light). Try taking another day shot and see if it is better than the auto mode. Personally I find the "manual auto" mode is much better. The purpose of the AE-L is to lock the ISO and shutter speed.
